Sacred Return is a 4-part live series created for women who are overwhelmed, emotionally full, or feeling disconnected from their bodies.

We’ll begin with a 2-hour breathwork ceremony to release what’s been held inside—grief, tension, emotion, stories—without needing to talk through it.

Then we’ll meet for three weekly Yoga Nidra sessions to restore your nervous system, reset your energy, and guide you into deep rest.

Reiki Energy Healing Session
This energy healing session will focus on the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages that you may be experiencing in your 7 major chakras, as well as the chakras that lie above the crown (life purpose, soul contracts, etc.) and the soul star chakra in the earth. Each session is unique due to the supporting energies and messages from Spiritual Guides, Angels, and Divine Messengers.
